Responsibilities include:

• Leading all field operations for high-end projects

• Managing multiple trades in tight, logistically complex NYC environments

• Coordinating closely with project managers, building management, and client reps

• Maintaining strict control of schedule, quality, safety, and site presentation

• Mentoring field staff and setting the standard for execution across projects

• Representing the GC with confidence in front of sophisticated clients

Ideal Background

• Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Superintendent on NYC projects

• Deep understanding of NYC codes, DOB inspections, and interior fit-out logistics

• Highly organized, detail-driven, and calm under pressure

• Professional presence - able to work seamlessly with executives, landlords, and end users

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $275,000
