As they continue to grow their US portfolio, they are looking for an outstanding Project Director to lead multiple high-profile projects from New York.

About the role

This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for the successful delivery of ultra-prime residential and luxury hospitality projects across the US.

You will set the tone for delivery, lead project teams, manage key stakeholders and ensure every project is delivered to the highest possible standard across design, quality, programme, cost, risk and health & safety.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the delivery of multiple high-end residential and hospitality projects
• Setting clear project strategies, protocols and responsibilities
• Managing clients, consultants, contractors and wider project teams
• Driving best-in-class delivery across quality, cost, programme, risk and safety
• Holding consultants and contractors accountable for performance
• Mentoring and developing project managers and wider team members
• Strengthening project governance, reporting and best-practice processes
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and team growth where required
• Acting as a senior point of contact across projects and internal teams
• Supporting business development, client relationships and new project opportunities
• Helping shape systems, processes and delivery standards as the business continues to grow

About the Person

We are looking for a first-class Project Director with a strong track record delivering complex, design-led projects at the highest end of the market.

You will understand the demands of ultra-prime residential and luxury hospitality delivery, where standards are exceptional and attention to detail matters at every stage.

You will bring:

• Significant experience leading high-end residential, hospitality or complex design-led projects
• A proven track record managing multiple projects or major programmes
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to operate with discretion and confidence
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management ability
• Commercially sharp, organised and delivery-focused
• Experience managing consultants, contractors and supply chains
• Strong understanding of governance, reporting, risk and health & safety
• A passion for quality, detail and exceptional project outcomes
