Project Manager, Owner’s Representative

Salary: Up to $135,000 + Package
We are representing a growing Cost & Project Management Consultancy headquartered in New York, with offices across the U.S. Following the merger of two established specialist firms, the business has strengthened its platform, broadened its client base, and is continuing to expand its project management capability across key sectors.
This opportunity sits within the firm’s Business Variable team, supporting projects across corporate interiors, retail, hospitality, and hotel environments. The organization has built strong relationships with leading blue-chip clients and is known for a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture, with highly hands-on leadership and a clear ambition to become a leading Cost & Project Management consultancy in the U.S.
The role will involve overseeing project progression from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of consultancy and construction field experience, alongside strong client-facing, coordination, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with stakeholders to establish project schedules and budgets.
• Assisting with contract negotiations and design team coordination.
• Supporting construction activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
• Managing procurement and financial tracking.
• Overseeing document control and quality assurance processes.
• Assisting with close-out procedures and resolving outstanding issues.
Qualifications / Requirements:
• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Background in General Contracting, Consultancy, or Owner’s Representative environments.
• Experience managing construction projects from planning through delivery.
• Exposure to corporate interiors, retail, hospitality, or hotel projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar.
