Role: Project Manager, Owners Representative
Location: Houston, TX
Salary: Up to $105,000 + Package
We are representing a rapidly expanding Cost Consultancy headquartered in New York, with additional offices across the Mid-West and West Coast. The business has undergone significant growth over the last few years and recently entered into a strategic partnership with a leading global consultancy, creating new opportunities for collaboration and international exposure.

This position is based in the Houston office and offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers, supporting the delivery of complex, high-profile projects from early design through completion. It’s an excellent role for someone looking to gain client-facing experience and develop toward a Project Manager position within a fast-growing consultancy.
Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with the development of project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work
• Supporting contract administration and coordination between design and construction teams
• Tracking project progress, schedules, and costs
• Assisting with procurement and financial reporting
• Supporting document control, quality assurance, and change management processes
• Helping manage project close-out activities and issue resolution
Qualifications/Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in the construction industry
• Background with a General Contractor or Project Management Consultancy
• Exposure to full project lifecycles from preconstruction through delivery
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and reporting tools
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
• Experience on mission-critical or technology-driven projects (e.g., data centers) is a plus
Preferred Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
