Capstone Americas is partnered with a global construction consultancy seeking an experienced Project Management leader to join their San Francisco office. This is a unique opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with the autonomy to grow the business in California and develop new client relationships across both existing and new sectors.
The Role:
- Lead and manage high-profile projects, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in San Francisco and the wider California market.
- Develop and expand client relationships across sectors, particularly education, though opportunities in other sectors are welcomed.
- Mentor and guide project teams, driving professional development and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape business strategy and support growth plans.
What They Are Looking For:
- Established network in San Francisco and across California; strong connections with potential clients are essential.
- Proven track record in winning and managing complex projects.
- Experience in education sector projects is highly desirable, but strong commercial or mixed-use project experience will also be considered.
- Strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities in new sectors or with new clients for growth.
