A leading construction and property consultancy is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Senior Cost Manager to join their high-performing New York team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cost management duties across major hospitality, hotel, and ground-up developments.

• Provide accurate cost advice and reporting to clients from early feasibility through to closeout.

• Prepare and manage budgets, estimates, procurement strategies, and tender documentation.

• Oversee change management processes and advise on risk, value engineering, and cost control strategies.

• Work closely with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver commercially successful outcomes.

• Represent the business at client meetings and maintain strong relationships with external partners.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years’ experience in cost management or quantity surveying, ideally with experience in high-end hospitality, hotel, or ground-up projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, procurement strategies, and cost planning in the U.S. market.

• Ability to lead projects independently while also working collaboratively in a team environment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field; MRICS or equivalent accreditation is desirable but not essential.
