To support this growth, they are seeking a highly skilled Superintendent with experience on interiors projects. This individual will be responsible for leading field operations on complex projects in highly controlled settings, where precise scheduling and coordination are absolutely critical. Our client is looking for Supers who have truly owned and delivered a project from start to finish.

What They're Looking For:

• 6+ years’ experience as a Superintendent, with a strong track record in interior's.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and plan highly coordinated work in controlled environments—including occupied or operational healthcare spaces.
• Deep understanding of complex scheduling, phasing, logistics, and executing technical scopes with minimal disruption to sensitive environments.
• Someone who has seen a job through from start to finish and is known for taking true ownership on site.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily field operations including safety, quality control, coordination, and site logistics.
• Supervise site staff, subcontractors, and assistant superintendents to drive performance and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules with an emphasis on planning complex sequences of work.
• Coordinate tightly with MEP trades, infection control requirements, and facility teams when working in active healthcare or research environments.
• Conduct and lead all site meetings, including subcontractor coordination and project updates.
• Manage the RFI process and actively resolve site issues with smart, efficient solutions.
• Ensure close-out and punch list items are handled with urgency and professionalism.
• Serve as the primary site lead, working closely with Project Managers and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of Superintendent experience
• Experience in highly sensitive environments where scheduling, cleanliness, and coordination are paramount.
• OSHA 10-Hour and 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificates required.
• Must be able to read and interpret technical construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong reputation in the market and references that speak to quality, leadership, and reliability.
