Due to a market-leading reputation and best-in-class delivery, this GC holds an impressive pipeline of projects and shows no signs of slowing down. As such, they are looking to add a junior Superintendent to their growing team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Construction Superintendent to join our client. The ideal candidate will bring 3–8 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably with a background in interior fit-out projects. You will be responsible for managing daily on-site operations, coordinating trades, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance, and serving as the key point of contact on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure all work is performed to company standards.

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain workflow and project schedule.

• Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA and company regulations.

• Conduct daily site inspections and maintain detailed project logs.

• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, architects, and engineers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues proactively.

• Ensure high standards of quality and craftsmanship throughout the project.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent in construction.

• Strong background in commercial interiors preferred.

• Solid knowledge of construction means, methods, codes, and safety standards.

• Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and site logistics.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain).
