Known for its dynamic, high-performance culture that mirrors the innovation of its clients, this consultancy offers a unique opportunity to fast-track your career while contributing to landmark projects in the mission-critical sector.

These positions are open to candidates from the UK and Australia under the E2/E3 visa programs (requiring a British or Australian passport). If you are looking to relocate to the US and make your mark on globally significant projects, this is a rare opportunity.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver cost management services across a portfolio of high-tech data center projects.
  • Prepare Order of Cost Estimates, Cost Plans, Tender Documents, and Contract Documents.
  • Support (or lead) cost meetings, ensuring accurate reporting and timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with contractors on cost reporting, variations, planned vs. actuals, and dispute resolution.
  • Work closely with Project Managers throughout design and construction to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting.
  • Conduct monthly assessments and contribute to final account settlements.
  • Manage change requests, approvals, and reporting with precision.
  • For senior candidates: Lead client relationships, mentor junior team members, and play a key role in regional growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
  • Assistant Cost Manager: 1–3 years’ experience in construction cost management.
  • Cost Manager: 3–6 years’ experience with pre- and post-contract exposure.
  • Senior Cost Manager: 6+ years’ experience, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
  • Previous exposure to data center, mission-critical, or large-scale commercial projects preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client-facing responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Eligible for E2 or E3 Visa sponsorship (UK or Australian passport required).

Why Apply?

  • Relocate to the USA with full visa sponsorship.
  • Contribute to pioneering data center developments, including some of the largest projects globally.
  • Join a high-growth consultancy with outstanding career progression opportunities.
  • Be part of a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment where your impact is visible.
