A rapidly growing, partner-led construction consultancy is expanding its New York Cost Management team and is looking to hire a Cost Manager to support a strong and growing project pipeline.
This is a client-facing role offering exposure to high-quality commercial projects and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a business that genuinely promotes from within.
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Full pre- and post-contract cost management
- Cost planning, estimating, budgeting, and reporting
- Change control and value engineering
- Client-facing delivery and stakeholder management
- Supporting senior team members across multiple projects
What They’re Looking For
- 3-6+ years’ experience in cost management / quantity surveying
- Consultancy or owner’s rep background strongly preferred
- Open to UK, Australian, or US-trained QS profiles
- Strong commercial awareness and client-facing confidence
- Candidates already based in the US or open to relocation (visa support available)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $110,000 – $135,000
- Quarterly bonus: typically, 10–15%, with upside for strong performers
