Qualifications
- 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience in New York
- Experience being the sole lead on projects of $2-5 million dollars
- OSHA-30 preferred
- Buyout proficiency and strong experience with levelling trades
- Creating and processing RFI's using Procore or similar technology
- Scheduling proficiency
- Document management
- Financial accountability
- Presentation skills and ability to lead meetings
*Candidates must be US Citizens and currently be in country ideally with experience in the New York market.*
