Capstone is partnering with a world-renowned, independent construction and property consultancy to hire a high-caliber Associate Director or top-tier Senior Cost Manager ready to take the next step. This is a rare opportunity to join their HQ in New York.
You will work closely with a well-established Senior Director and will be working on complex, high-value projects, while helping to lead delivery, manage client relationships, and drive commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cost management services across pre- and post-contract phases
- Support and mentor junior team members
- Build strong client relationships and provide strategic commercial advice
- Ensure delivery of exceptional service across construction projects
- Act as a key liaison between the Director and project stakeholders
Skills and Experience Required:
- Degree qualified in a construction-related discipline
- MRICS (or equivalent) preferred
- Extensive experience delivering cost management services on complex, multi-million-dollar projects in the U.S.
- Data center or mission-critical project experience is highly desirable
- Proven leadership and client management abilities
