The Role | Senior Cost Manager

This is an opportunity to lead and deliver complex, high-value real estate projects for some of the world’s most innovative companies. You will play a key role in driving project success, managing client relationships, and supporting the development of junior team members.

Projects include tech campuses, headquarters, retail, hospitality, and creative environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cost management delivery across large-scale and complex projects
• Prepare and oversee detailed cost plans, estimates, and budgets
• Manage full tendering processes, including contractor negotiations
• Oversee post-contract services including valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Provide strategic financial reporting and advice to clients
• Lead value engineering, benchmarking, and risk management initiatives
• Act as a primary client contact and build long-term relationships
• Support and mentor junior team members

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or related discipline
• 6–10+ years of experience in cost management
• Strong experience across pre- and post-contract stages
• Proven track record delivering real estate or commercial projects
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
• Right to work in the U.S. or eligibility for E2/E3 visa
