The Role | Assistant Cost Manager

Based in San Francisco this role offers the opportunity to support the delivery of high-profile real estate projects for globally recognised clients. You will gain hands-on exposure across a diverse range of developments including tech campuses, corporate headquarters, retail, hospitality, and creative studio spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of cost management services across multiple projects
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans
• Contribute to tender documentation and procurement processes
• Support post-contract activities including valuations and change management
• Assist in financial reporting and cost tracking
• Undertake benchmarking and value engineering support
• Work closely with senior team members and clients to ensure successful project delivery

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in cost management or quantity surveying
• Exposure to real estate or commercial projects is advantageous
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn
• Right to work in the U.S. or eligibility for E2/E3 visa
