The role entails overseeing project progression from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should possess consultancy and construction field expertise, coupled with strong client interaction and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to establish project schedules and budgets.
- Facilitating contract negotiations and design team coordination.
- Managing construction activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
- Handling procurement and financial tracking.
- Supervising document control and quality assurance processes.
- Managing close-out procedures and resolving any outstanding issues.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 8+ years of industry experience.
- Background in General Contracting or Consultancy.
- Proven experience managing complex construction projects.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in dynamic, technology-driven environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Effective communication and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in commercial interiors or high-tech environments is a plus.
Preferred Education:
- MBA or Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
