Position Overview
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering cost management services for mission-critical projects across the U.S. This is an excellent opportunity for UK-based professionals seeking international experience, higher earning potential, and a long-term growth path, including a clearly defined route to partnership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services for large-scale data center projects

  • Prepare cost plans, estimates, procurement strategies, and tender documents

  • Lead contract administration, change management, and value engineering reviews

  • Manage cost reporting, forecasting, and risk analysis

  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure high standards of service delivery

  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment


Qualifications

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

  • MRICS or working towards chartership (preferred)

  • 4–12 years’ experience in cost consultancy, ideally with exposure to mission-critical, tech, infrastructure, or complex building projects

  • Strong commercial acumen and client-facing skills

  • Willingness to relocate to the U.S.; prior international experience a plus but not required
