Position Overview
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering cost management services for mission-critical projects across the U.S. This is an excellent opportunity for UK-based professionals seeking international experience, higher earning potential, and a long-term growth path, including a clearly defined route to partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Provide full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services for large-scale data center projects
Prepare cost plans, estimates, procurement strategies, and tender documents
Lead contract administration, change management, and value engineering reviews
Manage cost reporting, forecasting, and risk analysis
Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure high standards of service delivery
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
MRICS or working towards chartership (preferred)
4–12 years’ experience in cost consultancy, ideally with exposure to mission-critical, tech, infrastructure, or complex building projects
Strong commercial acumen and client-facing skills
Willingness to relocate to the U.S.; prior international experience a plus but not required
