Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full-time

Company Overview:
Our client is a leading construction Project & Cost Management firm headquartered in New York City, with a strong national presence. They provide end-to-end services across a wide range of industries, including corporate, legal, financial, media & entertainment, hospitality, healthcare, education, real estate development, non-profits, retail, and critical facilities. Their support spans from early planning and site selection to design, construction oversight, and final occupancy.

Owing to their established reputation and a robust pipeline of upcoming work, the firm is actively growing its Project Management services. As they continue expanding into significant ground-up and hospitality developments, this opportunity places you at the forefront of that strategic growth.

Role Overview:
They are urgently seeking a Senior Project Manager (or a highly capable Project Manager) to lead a new ground-up hotel development near Kohler, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the project delivery on-site, supported by the firm’s experienced New York office.

You’ll work closely with the client’s in-house development lead and the role offers a rare combination of autonomy and high-level support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a major ground-up hotel development project from pre-construction through completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
  • Act as the client’s primary representative on-site, while maintaining close communication with the NYC office.
  • Oversee project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management.
  • Provide leadership, drive accountability, and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with ground-up construction is essential; hospitality/hotel experience is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently in the field while staying connected to a remote team.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, construction processes, and stakeholder management.
  • Ideally based in Wisconsin or nearby, but relocation assistance will be considered for the right candidate.

Why Join?

  • Be the lead PM on a major project with the full backing of a reputable national firm.
  • Work alongside a supportive, knowledgeable client representative.
  • Opportunity for growth within a company expanding its footprint in the Midwest.
  • Competitive salary and potential long-term career path.
