Role: Project Manager, Owners Representative
Location: Dallas, Texas

Capstone are working in partnership with one of the worlds renowned independent Cost & Project Management consultancies to find a Project Manager to contribute towards a nationwide account within Sports and Hospitality
The role entails overseeing project progression from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should possess consultancy and construction field expertise, coupled with adept client interaction skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with relevant parties to establish project schedules and budgets.
- Facilitating contract negotiations and design team coordination.
- Managing construction activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols.
- Handling procurement and financial tracking.
- Supervising document control and quality assurance processes.
- Managing close-out procedures and resolving any outstanding issues.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3+ years industry experience
- Can be from a General Contracting or Consultancy background
- Experience working on Construction projects
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Experience in dynamic, technology-driven environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytic capabilities
- Track record of delivering high-quality projects
- Effective communication and multitasking abilities
Preferred Education:
- MBA or Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Construction Management or Engineering.
