A fast-growing, partner-led construction consultancy is expanding its New York Cost Management team and is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to support a rapidly increasing project pipeline.
This role offers genuine autonomy, senior client exposure, and a clear runway toward Associate Director for the right individual.
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre- and post-contract cost management on complex projects
- Cost planning, estimating, budgeting, and commercial reporting
- Manage change control, risk, and value engineering strategies
- Act as the primary client-facing commercial lead
- Support and mentor junior cost managers
What They’re Looking For
- 6-10+ years’ experience in cost management / quantity surveying
- Consultancy, owner’s rep, or strong GC cost management background
- Proven ability to run projects independently and manage clients
- Open to UK, Australian, or US-trained Cost Manager profiles
- Candidates already in the US or open to relocation (visa support available)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $135,000 - $175,000
