Senior Scheduler – Data Center Program (Remote | MST or CST only)

We’re supporting a confidential owner-side client with a major U.S. data center development program, and they’re looking for a Senior Scheduler who can bring order, clarity, and backbone to a fast-moving portfolio.
Role Overview
You’ll take the lead on building and managing integrated project schedules from early design through closeout. This isn’t a “keep the bars colorful” kind of job, the client wants someone who can challenge assumptions, spot risk before it bites, and keep a multi-billion-dollar program aligned.
What You’ll Handle
- Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed CPM schedules (Primavera P6 mandatory).
- Drive schedule coordination across design, construction, and commissioning teams.
- Produce consistent lookaheads, variance analysis, and recovery strategies.
- Support executive reporting with clear insights — not spreadsheets that cause migraines.
- Keep stakeholders aligned, honest, and moving in the same direction.
What You Bring
- 5-12 years of experience in scheduling or project controls within large construction programs.
- Mission-critical or data center exposure is great, but not required.
- Strong command of P6 and schedule analytics.
- Excellent communication skills — you can explain logic ties to someone who still thinks “float” means swimming.
- Based in MST or CST, but fully remote.
