Position Overview:
The firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee office interior projects for a major banking client in North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial interiors and a track record of managing projects for financial institutions or other corporate clients.

This role requires a confident, client-facing leader capable of managing multiple stakeholders, driving project delivery, and ensuring excellence in every phase—from pre-construction to handover.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for banking and corporate interior fit-out projects.
  • Act as the main client representative, maintaining clear communication and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Manage design development and construction coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and progress updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
  • Support account development and growth with the banking client through consistent delivery excellence.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in project management within the commercial real estate or construction industry.
  • Proven background in delivering corporate interior projects, ideally for banking or financial services clients.
  • Strong grasp of construction processes, contract administration, and project financials.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • PMP, MRICS, or equivalent certification preferred.
