The Role

As a Senior Project Manager / Associate Director, you’ll be the client’s trusted advisor, managing every detail of the development process. With an architectural eye for finishes and design quality, you’ll ensure that each project not only meets performance goals but also achieves the highest level of craftsmanship and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of luxury residential and condominium projects, from pre-construction through delivery.

• Manage architects, designers, contractors, and consultants with a focus on collaboration and excellence.

• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management while maintaining premium quality standards.

• Provide expert guidance on finishes, detailing, and architectural design coordination.

• Represent the client’s interests with integrity, professionalism, and a solutions-driven approach.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of progressive project management experience, ideally within luxury residential or condominium developments.

• Strong background in architecture or design, with proven expertise in finishes and high-end detailing would be good, but not essential

• Track record of successfully managing complex, design-sensitive projects.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.

• Florida market experience strongly preferred.
