Skills and Experience Required:
- Degree qualified, preferably in a construction-related discipline
- MRICS qualification is desirable
- Pre- and post-contract experience in the United States
- Experience with large, multi-million-dollar construction projects
- Ability to take the initiative and deliver work of exceptional quality
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills
- Client-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service
- Positive attitude with a willingness to engage actively
- Confident, engaging personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
