Senior Project Manager | Super Prime Residential

Capstone are working with a UK-headquartered construction management consultancy with a global footprint and an established presence in New York, delivering ultra high-end residential projects for high net worth individuals. With a growing U.S. portfolio, they’re now seeking a Senior Project Manager to help build out their local offering.

About the Firm

The company manages super prime projects across the USA, UK, France, USA, Italy, Turkey, Greece, Azerbaijan, Qatar, and Argentina. In New York, they’re currently delivering classic Upper East Side brownstone redevelopments, as well as a private members’ club.

The Role

• Lead the delivery of high-end residential and hospitality projects in NYC
• Act as the client’s trusted advisor from pre-construction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors with confidence
• Represent the client and the firm on-site and in meetings
• Work within a small but growing U.S. team, backed by an established international operation

Candidate Profile

• 5–10 years of experience, ideally starting in a GC environment and now working in a consultancy/owner’s rep role
• Residential experience required; super prime or high-end residential strongly preferred
• Could be a former superintendent or GC PM who’s transitioned to consultancy
• Strong understanding of on-site delivery and the ability to speak the language of subcontractors and trades
• A network of trusted subcontractors and suppliers is a major asset
• No preference on academic background, what matters is hands-on experience and the ability to lead projects independently
