THE ROLE:
• Lead and mentor a dynamic team of cost management professionals
• Develop comprehensive cost estimates and control measures

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering (Master's preferred)
• Proven director-level experience in construction cost management
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expert knowledge of CostX and industry-standard tools
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
