It has built an excellent reputation for client service, technical expertise, and investing in the development of its people.

  • Maintain and utilise the company's cost management systems to accurately report and communicate project financial performance.
  • Partner with Project Managers throughout construction to review provisional sums, contractor design portions (CDPs), and commercial updates.
  • Undertake monthly valuations and support the preparation and agreement of final accounts.
  • Manage change control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Produce accurate monthly commercial reports for both internal and client stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and project teams while supporting the continued growth of the Denver office.
