With an exceptional pipeline of work, including the redevelopment of a 25+ storey office tower, major life sciences projects, commercial developments, and other large-scale schemes, the business continues to grow and is looking to appoint an experienced Superintendent to its expanding team.

What They're Looking For

• 8+ years of Superintendent experience delivering complex commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing projects from ground-up, major redevelopments, large-scale fit-outs, or adaptive reuse projects.
• A proven ability to take ownership of projects from mobilisation through to completion.
• Stable career history with strong tenure. The business places significant value on long-term commitment and will complete thorough reference checks before making an offer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily site operations, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Lead and manage Assistant Superintendents, field staff, labour, and subcontractors.
• Produce and manage short-term programmes, including two-week look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate all trades to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, inspections, and project milestones.
• Act as the primary on-site contact for the wider project team, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Chair regular site meetings and manage RFIs and field issues to keep projects progressing efficiently.
• Lead project close-out, commissioning, punch list management, and warranty activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects.
• Experience delivering complex, high-value projects such as office developments, commercial interiors, life sciences, hospitality, mixed-use, or large-scale redevelopment projects.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and site safety.
• OSHA 10-Hour and 4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certificates.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
