We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers and senior leadership, gaining hands-on exposure to complex, high-profile projects across New York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out and ground-up construction projects.
- Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and cost control to ensure successful delivery.
- Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project momentum.
- Monitor on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Contribute to project reporting and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in construction or project management, preferably with a general contractor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn, with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
