Position: Cost to Senior Cost Manager (USA)
Salary: Up to $150,000 + Extensive Company Benefits Package + Bonus

Capstone is partnering with a world-renowned independent construction and property consultancy to recruit a driven Cost or Senior Cost Manager. Skills and Experience Required:

• Degree qualified, preferably in a construction-related discipline
• MRICS qualification is desirable
• Pre- and post-contract experience in the United States
• Experience with large, multi-million-dollar construction projects
• Ability to take the initiative and deliver work of exceptional quality
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills
• Client-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service
• Positive attitude with a willingness to engage actively
• Confident, engaging personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills
