About the Role

The business is looking to appoint an Associate Director of Project Management based in Dallas.

This person will lead the delivery of high-profile projects for a major global client, working closely with senior leadership while helping to establish and grow the company’s presence across the region.

The role would suit someone who is confident operating in a client-facing position and taking ownership of complex project delivery. They will oversee project performance, manage key stakeholder relationships and support the continued development of the regional team and wider business.

The position will initially be remote-first, with occasional attendance at the client’s Dallas office as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the delivery of complex construction projects and programmes.
• Acting as a key client-facing representative.
• Overseeing project performance, reporting, risk, budget and schedule.
• Coordinating consultants, contractors and internal project stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting the development of the company’s Central region presence and future team.
• Helping to establish processes, standards and best practice across a growing Owner’s Rep platform.
• Identifying opportunities to expand existing client relationships and secure further work.

About the Person

The successful candidate will be an experienced project management professional with a strong background in delivering complex construction projects or programmes.

They will be commercially aware, confident managing senior stakeholders and comfortable joining a growing business where they can take ownership, influence how projects are delivered and contribute to the company’s long-term development.

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience within an Owner’s Rep, consultancy, project management or general contractor environment.

A strong background in construction project delivery.

Proven experience leading complex projects or programmes.

The ability to manage client relationships and communicate with senior stakeholders.

Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of budget, schedule and risk.

The ability to work independently and take ownership of project delivery.

An entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in helping to build a growing business.

Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
