Responsibilities include

You will lead all on-site operations across high-end interior projects, taking full responsibility for execution from start to finish. This includes managing multiple trades within tight and logistically complex New York environments, while maintaining close coordination with project managers, building management teams, and client representatives. You will ensure strict control over schedule, quality, safety, and overall site presentation, setting the standard for delivery across projects. In addition, you will mentor and guide field staff, fostering a high-performance culture, and act as a confident and professional representative of the business when engaging with clients and stakeholders.


Ideal Background

You will have a proven track record operating as a Lead or Senior Superintendent on projects within New York City, with a strong understanding of local building codes, DOB requirements, and the complexities of interior fit-out work. You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to remain composed in high-pressure environments. A professional presence is essential, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders, including executives, landlords, and end users.

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a base salary of up to $275,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus. The package includes comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k), paid time off, and additional executive-level benefits.
