A unique opportunity has opened for an experienced Associate Director in Cost Management to join a high-performing consultancy team delivering world-class projects in luxury residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments across Miami and the broader South Florida region.

This role is ideal for a driven professional ready to take the lead on prestigious, design-led developments, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of a fast-expanding U.S. business unit.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and delivering full pre and post contract cost management services across multiple high end projects

• Providing strategic cost advice throughout the project lifecycle—from feasibility to final account

• Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor on complex commercial and contractual matters

• Overseeing and mentoring junior team members to ensure consistent service excellence

• Collaborating with senior leadership to support business development and growth in the region

• Ensuring commercial and project risk is effectively managed and communicated

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of relevant cost management/ quantity surveying experience

• Proven track record in luxury residential, hospitality, or mixed-use construction projects

• Strong pre- and post-contract experience, with excellent commercial acumen

• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (RICS or equivalent is a plus)

• Ability to lead projects independently and manage a small team

• Familiarity with U.S. construction market and local delivery models is preferred
