A leading construction consultancy is hiring two experienced Schedulers to support a major hyperscale data center program in the Phoenix / Goodyear area.

This is a high-profile opportunity to join a fast-moving project team delivering complex, large-scale mission critical work for one of the world’s leading technology clients. The role is site-based, with a likely 5-day on-site pattern and potential flexibility to 4 days depending on project needs.

The Role – Scheduler

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, analyzing, and challenging construction schedules across major data center works. This is not a data-entry scheduling role. The team needs someone who genuinely understands schedule logic, critical path, sequencing, progress analysis, and practical project controls.

Responsibilities include:

• Build, maintain, and update detailed project schedules in Primavera P6
• Analyze critical path, float, logic, constraints, and schedule risk
• Support project teams with lookaheads, progress updates, reporting, and schedule narratives
• Review contractor schedules and challenge logic where needed
• Identify delays, schedule slippage, and recovery opportunities
• Work closely with project managers, construction teams, and project controls stakeholders
• Prepare clear schedule reports and communicate key risks effectively

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-10 years of scheduling experience
• Strong Primavera P6 experience
• Solid understanding of critical path methodology
• Experience on complex construction projects
• Ability to explain scheduling logic clearly in a technical interview
• Must be a true scheduler, not solely a P6 data-entry resource
