A growing project management team is hiring Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to support a major long-term campus redevelopment programme across the San Francisco Bay Area.

This is an opportunity to join a large-scale programme environment supporting multiple active campuses and ongoing construction projects for a confidential high-profile client. The programme is expected to cover 10+ sites with a continuous pipeline of redevelopment and construction work.

The team is expected to grow significantly, with hires planned across Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Senior PM and Associate Director levels.

The work will involve managing a broad range of projects within live campus environments, requiring strong stakeholder management, programme coordination and delivery oversight.

The Role – Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

You will support the delivery of multiple projects across active campus environments, working closely with client teams, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing projects from planning through delivery and closeout
• Coordinating design, construction and stakeholder teams
• Supporting schedules, budgets, reporting and risk management
• Managing contractor and consultant relationships
• Monitoring project progress, quality and programme performance
• Supporting construction activities within live operational campuses
• Leading meetings, reporting and project communication
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule

Minimum Qualifications

• Project management experience within construction or real estate
• Consultancy, owner’s rep, client-side or GC / contractor background
• Experience delivering commercial, campus, corporate, mixed-use or large-scale building projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Willingness to be based in the San Francisco Bay Area with regular onsite presence

Nice to Have

• Experience working within live campus or occupied environments
• Corporate campus, technology, commercial office or life sciences project experience
• Experience supporting programme-level delivery
• PM certifications or construction-related qualifications
• Experience working alongside major GCs or consultant teams
