What They’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in supervision from start to finish on large-scale construction projects, with a preference for commercial interiors, renovations and fit-outs.
- MEP and base build experience preferred
- Proven background with general contractors in the NYC metro area.
- Deep understanding of NYC DOB codes and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with high-rise or complex structural systems is a plus.
