Position: Senior Project Manager
Location: Miami, Florida
Package: Up to $170k salary plus benefits
Capstone Americas are working on an exciting opportunity with a newly established Owner’s Rep firm that has ambitious plans for growth across North America.
Founded by a highly regarded construction leader, the business has already secured a major programme of work with one of the world’s leading technology brands and is now looking to appoint a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in Dallas.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join the company at an early stage, deliver high-profile projects and play an important role in establishing its presence across the Central region.
The role would suit someone who is:
- Experienced in delivering retail construction projects
- Confident managing clients, consultants and key stakeholders
- From an Owner’s Rep, consultancy, project management or general contractor background
- Commercially aware, with a strong understanding of budget, schedule and risk
- Proactive and excited by the opportunity to join a growing business
- The position will initially be remote-first, with occasional attendance at the client’s Dallas office. It offers an excellent salary, bonus and significant progression as the company continues to scale.
