Role: Senior Project Manager, Data Centers | Owners Representative

Location: Dallas

Salary: $130,000-160,000 + Package

Capstone are working in partnership with one of the worlds renowned independent Cost & Project Management consultancies to find a Senior Project Manager to contribute to a significant data center construction initiative for a prominent technology partner. The role entails overseeing project progression from inception to completion.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with relevant parties to establish project schedules and budgets
• Facilitating contract negotiations and design team coordination
• Managing construction activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety protocols
• Handling procurement and financial tracking
• Supervising document control and quality assurance processes
• Managing close-out procedures and resolving any outstanding issues

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 6+ years industry experience
• Can be from a General Contracting or Consultancy background
• Experience working on Data Center projects
• Proficiency in project management methodologies
• Experience in dynamic, technology-driven environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Track record of delivering high-quality projects
• Effective communication and multitasking abilities
• Preference for experience in data center construction

Preferred Education:

• MBA or Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields such as Construction Management or Engineering.
