About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead construction projects across the Greater Boston area. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to manage all phases of construction from pre-construction to project closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

  • Serve as the main point of contact between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Develop detailed project schedules and budgets; track progress and adjust plans as needed.

  • Conduct site visits and regular inspections to ensure work is being done safely and according to plans/specifications.

  • Manage contracts, permits, RFIs, change orders, and procurement processes.

  • Lead project meetings, maintain clear documentation, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

  • Resolve conflicts, delays, and unexpected issues with a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management (experience in the Boston market is a plus).

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling software, and safety regulations.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, Primavera).

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites around the Boston area.
