Capstone is delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted in two categories at the Global Recruiter Awards 2026.
The business has been nominated for Best Specialist Recruiter, recognising our work across the mission critical and built environment sectors, while Jemima Ralph has been shortlisted for Best Permanent Consultant in recognition of her outstanding contribution to clients, candidates, and the wider business.
The dual nomination marks another significant milestone as Capstone continues to grow its specialist recruitment offering across the UK, Europe and the US, supporting developers, investors, operators, consultants and contractors through every stage of the design, development and construction lifecycle. By remaining deliberately specialist, we can build deeper market knowledge, stronger relationships and ultimately create greater value for the communities we serve.
Building Communities, Not Just Careers
The nomination for Best Specialist Recruiter reflects Capstone's belief that lasting impact goes far beyond talent acquisition. While recruitment remains at the heart of what we do, we are equally passionate about strengthening the sectors we support by bringing people together, sharing knowledge and creating opportunities for meaningful connection.
Across the mission critical and built environment industries, we have invested in building thriving communities that are free to access and open to everyone working within the sector. Through Capstone: Mentored, Talent Talks and The Speaker Series, we create spaces where professionals can learn from one another, build relationships, and support the long-term growth of the industry.
We firmly believe that building stronger communities helps address one of the sector's biggest challenges: retaining talented people. By encouraging collaboration, mentorship, and shared learning, we hope to make a positive contribution that extends well beyond individual recruitment assignments.
A Standout Year for Jemima Ralph
Jemima's nomination follows an exceptional year in which she has played a key role in the continued growth of Capstone's North American business. Supporting clients and candidates across the US from the UK, she has established herself as a trusted advisor in one of the industry's most complex areas: international relocation and specialist mission critical recruitment.
Alongside delivering exceptional results for clients and candidates, Jemima has embraced opportunities to help shape the wider business, contributing to AI and automation initiatives while supporting the continued expansion of Capstone's US offering. Her credibility, professionalism, and commitment to building long-term relationships have earned the trust of both clients and candidates alike.
For Capstone, Jemima's recognition is also a reflection of the careers that can be built within specialist recruitment. Meaningful, long-term careers are there to be enjoyed by those with the tenacity, curiosity, and credibility to become true experts in their market. Jemima is a shining example of that, alongside the wider Capstone team.
Looking Ahead
Commenting on the nominations, Sarah Davenport, Managing Director at Capstone, said:
"These nominations are a reflection of the hard work, expertise and dedication shown by the entire team. We're incredibly proud to see both the business and Jemima recognised. Our focus has always been on creating meaningful impact for our clients, candidates and the wider industry, and it's fantastic to see that approach acknowledged by the Global Recruiter Awards."
The winners will be announced later this year, and we look forward to celebrating alongside peers from across the recruitment industry.
We would like to thank our clients, candidates, mentors, podcast guests, industry partners and the wider community for their continued support. Your collaboration and trust enable us to continue making an impact across the mission critical and built environment sectors.
