COST MANAGER TO ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

An exceptional opportunity to join a leading international cost consultancy in New York City, working on some of the most exciting and technically complex projects in the US market.

We are seeking UK‑ or Australian‑trained Quantity Surveyors, from Cost Manager through to Associate Director level, to support a growing pipeline of high‑rise, commercial, hospitality, and corporate interior projects.

These roles offer exposure to large‑scale, fast‑paced developments including skyscrapers, major commercial towers, blue‑chip corporate interiors, hotel schemes, high‑value refurbishments, and core building packages.
With significant demand across the New York business, clear progression pathways, and full relocation support, this is a standout opportunity for ambitious QS professionals looking to advance their careers internationally.

Relocation Criteria

• UK or Australian‑trained Quantity Surveyor
• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
• Consultancy background preferred (main contractor candidates considered with genuine pre‑construction/estimating experience)
• Strong pre‑ and/or post‑contract experience
• Stable career history (no frequent short moves)
• UK or Australian passport (required for this visa route)
• Single status or married candidates only (no unmarried partners permitted under this visa)
• Minimum 4+ years’ QS / Cost Management experience
• Strong ambition, professionalism, and high‑quality delivery standards
