Role: Project Manager - Interiors Construction

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada

Salary: Up to $160K + extensive company benefits & bonus

Capstone Americas are partnering with a longstanding client and leading mid-sized general contracting firm who are widely regarded as one of the top GCs in the New York market. This firm have recently been recognized as the top GC in the retail market for New York and foster long established partnerships with several F500 clients across the retail, technology, hospitality, luxury and grocery sectors.

Due to their outstanding reputation and exceptional project execution, this GC firm has an impressive project pipeline expanding further across the US, and there are no indications of this momentum slowing down. As a result, they are seeking to expand their Project Management capabilities in Las Vegas.

Our client are seeking an experienced Project Manager with project experience in the construction of retail stores within a general contracting environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Construction Project Management experience, strong preference for retail construction experience
• Past experience with the building and construction of grocery stores or similar big box locations
• Must have experience managing projects with high intensity and short-term duration of 12-16 weeks
• Experience being the sole lead on projects of $2-5 million dollars
• OSHA-30 preferred
• Buyout proficiency and strong experience with levelling trades
• Creating and processing RFI's using Procore or similar technology
• Scheduling proficiency
• Document management
• Financial accountability
• Presentation skills and ability to lead meetings
