Position Overview:
The firm is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major data center developments in the Milwaukee region. This person will be the client’s go-to operator; overseeing large, fast-paced, technically demanding projects with big budgets, tight schedules, and no room for guesswork.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in mission-critical or large-scale ground-up projects, thrives in a high-stakes environment, and knows how to manage demanding stakeholders while keeping delivery sharp, safe, and predictable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead full lifecycle project delivery for ground-up and expansion data center projects.
• Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring expectations are met and communication stays crisp.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, commissioning coordination, and risk management.
• Manage design consultants, GC teams, trade partners, and internal specialists across multi-disciplinary workflows.
• Produce clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and project executives.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, MEP standards, and mission-critical performance requirements.
• Support account growth by consistently delivering excellence on a high-visibility program.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar.
• 8+ years of project management experience in construction or real estate development.
• Ideally proven experience delivering mission-critical, data center, industrial, manufacturing, or complex MEP-heavy projects.
• Strong command of construction processes, schedule management, contracts, and project financials.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, CCM, LEED, or similar credentials preferred.
