An established cost and project management consultancy with a strong reputation across the U.S. and U.K. is seeking a highly organized and versatile Executive Assistant / Office Manager / Project Accountant to support their growing New York office.


This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, from executive support and office coordination to project accounting.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct support to senior leadership: managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence.
  • Take ownership of day-to-day office operations; ensuring everything runs efficiently and professionally.
  • Manage and support project accounting duties: invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliations, and coordination with clients and project teams.
  • Assist with vendor management, employee onboarding/offboarding, and internal reporting.
  • Contribute to timesheet management, expense submissions, and financial tracking across projects.

  • Prior experience in a professional services environment (construction, real estate, or engineering sectors ideal).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities — you thrive on keeping people and processes on track.
  • Familiarity with project accounting or financial administration.
